Shipping & Returns Policy
Currently we ship Australia wide and will deliver either by TNT or Express Post services, whichever is the more efficient method. For Victoria we offer a Flat Rate shipping of $15. You can also choose to collect your order in store. We do need ID - drivers licence/passport for online credit card orders collected in store. For deliveries in the Melbourne Metro area we also offer a premium fast courier service. This premium fast courier service is typically between $25-50 but please contact us directly and we will quote you an exact figure. Typically orders placed prior to 2pm can be delivered same day. We keep quite a large number of items in stock, or they are available locally and will be shipped within 2-3 days. If an item is not in stock and not available locally from our distributors there may be up to a 2-3 week delay. We also feature a number of custom built or non-locally delivered items on our store (usually noted at the bottom of an item's description) we will contact you with delivery times for these items. Our aim is to get your products to you as fast as we possibly can and if there are any delays we will contact you. The Order Process
When placing an order with Tuspeed we ask a number of questions and run through a number of steps to get your order out to you - all this info is for our personal use to get your order delivered to you. The account you create contains delivery and billing address details, and email and phone contact info. During the ordering process your credit card info is fully encrypted with the highest levels of security, and the numbers are not recorded in their entirety at any point of the ordering process. We do not retain any credit card billing info and after your order has been delivered any credit card info is securely shredded - this is for both yours and our security. Your phone and email details are purely for our own use and are only shared with the couriers for the purpose of contact during shipping your order. Once you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email confirming the basic details of the order. If you do not receive this within a few minutes of placing your order check to ensure you have entered the correct email address and also that your computer has not placed it in the junk or spam folders. All webstore emails will be from the firstname.lastname@example.org email address. If you have paid via Credit Card your order will have the status - Processing - our staff will check over the order, ensure everything is okay and process your card payment during normal business hours and update the status to Pending. If you have chosen Will Call with Card Info or Bank Transfer options your order will have the status of Pending - once your payment has been received your order will continue being processed (in the case of bank transfers no orders will leave until payment has been fully resolved in our accounts). If you choose Store Pickup as your delivery method we will send you an email when the product is ready for collection and your status will change to Awaiting Collection. If you pay by credit card and choose to collect in store please bring the credit card used and suitable ID (drivers licence or passport are suitable - a note from your Mum is not adequate) otherwise we will not be able to release the products to you. Once we have your order packed and ready for shipping we will send you an email with the tracking number an the order status will be changed to Awaiting Delivery. When the product leaves our store we will change the status to Delivered. We will not accept any returns without contacting our office first. Only faulty or damaged parts may be returned. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to research and be sure you a buying the correct part. Incorrectly purchased parts cannot be returned. We will replace or repair any faulty item at our discretion within 7 days of delivery. You must contact our office prior to returning any parts. Many items come with their own factory warranties which we will also honour. We will not warrant any items that we deem have been misused, altered, abused, not used for their original purpose or modified in anyway. Some items may not be suitable or legal for road use and it up to the purchaser to check their local laws and regulations. Some items may also be detrimental to the reliability or use of your vehicle without specialised tuning or fitment. Any information provided on the Tuspeed website is not warranted by Tuspeed and is used at your own risk. Tuspeed will not be held responsible for any breakages, injuries or death from the inability, incorrect fitment or misuse of any product featured on this website or purchased through the Tuspeed store.
